(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 to ensure protection of the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of the private respondents and further to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 30.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner against the aforesaid private respondents, in accordance with law in a time-bound manner. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.
