Brief facts of the case are that on 15.04.2026, co-accused Rahul @ Babu and Sagar were apprehended in the area of Police Station Sadar Sirsa with 03 kg 22 grams of Chura Post in their joint possession without any permit or licence, after due compliance of the provisions of the NDPS Act. During interrogation, the said co-accused disclosed that they, along with the petitioner, had travelled to Bhishi Mirzapur (U.P.), where the petitioner allegedly procured the contraband.
