In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 01.06.2022 (Annexure P-12), vide which, the services of the petitioner were terminated w.e.f. 01.11.2021. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 01.06.2022 (Annexure P-12) was never conveyed to the petitioner officially. Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent- University for the purpose of grant of gratuity and provident fund. 3. In view of the abovesaid submission, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
