Learned State counsel submitted that the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioners’ case for regularisation in terms of the latest decision of the Supreme Court, dated 16.04.2026, rendered in Madan Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others, 2026 INSC 379.
