Prem Singh, including family pension on a monthly basis, general provdent fund, gratuity, leave encashment and any other retiral benefits, as well as compassionate appointment to the petitioner along with interest on the delayed payment from the date of death of the deceased i.e. 19.12.2025 till the date of actual payment. Further direction has been sought to respondent No.6 – Deputy Commissioner, SAS Nagar, to expeditiously issue a legal heir certificate in favour of the petitioner within a stipulated period of four weeks.
