The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking directions to respondents to pay them compensation for the death of Kuldeep Singh in an accident caused by a stray animal. They are further seeking direction to respondent to decide their representations dated 16.10.2025 and 29.04.2026. 2. As per pleadings, the deceased-Kuldeep Singh rammed his motorcycle into a tree on 18.01.2023 while trying to save a stray cow. He passed away on the spot. His family members have filed representations dated 16.10.2025 and 29.04.2026 seeking compensation but the same have not been addressed till date.
