This revision petition is directed against the order dated 22.04.2026 vide which the petitioners- plaintiffs have been directed to affix ad-volarem Court fee on the amount of earnest money of Rs.70 lakhs on an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC moved by defendant. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the material placed on record. 3.
