The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 02.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-33365-2025, titled as ‘Kulbhushan Bansal Vs. State of Haryana and Another’ whereby the writ petition was disposed of with the following observations: “ xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the Department has constituted a committee to look into the petitioner's grievance, as also that of similarly placed employees. The committee will determine entitlement of employees on the basis of fifteen per cent of total sanctioned posts of Lecturer (Group-B)/Programmer (Academic), by excluding the lecturers who have already retired from service. Thereafter, the benefit will be extended to the petitioner, if found entitled. The entire exercise will be completed within three months.” TRIPTI S
