The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents 2 to 6 to decide his representation dated 30.12.2025. He is further seeking direction to withdraw the challan dated 29.12.2025. 2. The petitioner is a registered owner of vehicle bearing registration number CH 01 CC 0526, Make TATA, Model Harrier, Color Tel Grey.
