The present Regular Second Appeal has been filed by the plaintiffs, Krishan Rani (since deceased) through LRs, Santosh Rani, and Rani in Civil Suit No. 279-A/1 dated 08.02.1990, challenging the common judgment and decree dated 19.08.1999 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ferozepur, whereby two civil appeals filed by the respondent, Mangat Ram, were disposed of. 2.
