CWP-5933-2019 The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refix the petitioner’s pension by granting annual increment with effect from the date of her retirement, i.e., 30.06.2014, in place of 01.07.2014. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the Government has taken a decision to grant the benefit of increment to the employees which became due to them on the day next to their retirement, vide memo dated 16/17.09.2025.
