Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.106, dated 24.04.2025, under Section 21 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Anti Narcotics Force (ANTF) Wingh, District SAS Nagar. 2. As per case of the prosecution, while police party was on patrol duty, a secret informer informed them that accused, namely Sahil Kumar and Krishan Singh (petitioner herein), were involved in the illegal trade of heroin and were presently standing on the opposite side of the road in front of the Indian Oil Petrol Pump on the Fazilka–Jalalabad Road, on their motorcycle bearing registration No.PB-22X-4066, while waiting for customers. 3.
