The legal representative of the applicant is making appearance in person today. Under the garb of review, he wants to nullify the consensual order, passed on the basis of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner/tenant. As such, under the garb of present application, the applicant wants rehearing and undo the effect of the order dated 25.03.2026. Hence, no case is made out for review.
