(Oral) This petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by petitioner-Krishan Kumar, for quashing judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 10.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Yamuna Nagar, in Criminal Complaint No.NI ACT/653/2018 titled ‘Vijender Babbar vs. Krishan Kumar’ with all other consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 04.05.2026. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the instant petition and also application (CRM-21595-2026) with liberty to file a fresh and comprehensive petition once again with corrected facts as there are mistakes in the present petition. 3.
