Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 — Haryana Livestock Development Board, Pashudhan Bhawan, Sector-2, Panchkula to take a decision on the representation dated 06.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner (Annexure P-4) along with other supporting evidence (to be submitted at the time of personal hearing). 2.
