The prayer in this 5th petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.442 dated 27.11.2021 registered under Section 21 of NDPS Act at Police Station Ellenabad, District Sirsa. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Ravinder Kumar @ Ravinder Singh @ Ravi (granted bail vide order dated 22.05.2024 [Annexure P-7]) and Krishan Kumar @ Rora (petitioner) were arrested along with 260 grams of heroin. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
