The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CM-2301-CWP-2025 in CWP-10136-2023 whereby it was categorically directed that “the judgment dated 11.05.2023 passed by this Court is ordered to be marked as ‘not reportable’ being a case of restricted category”. 2. Mr. Arjun Sheoran, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents and has filed compliance report dated 06.05.2026 by way of affidavit of Sh.
