The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to authorities concerned to issue corrected sale deed by omitting the word ‘Refused’ and remarks regarding title as the same is contrary to the provisions of Registration Act, 1908. 2. The petitioner with respect to shop No.177 executed a rent agreement with Municipal Council, Thanesar (for short ‘MC Thanesar’) on 28.05.1998 and since then is in possession. The Department of Urban Bodies, Government of Haryana issued notification 01.06.2021 whereby Municipal Bodies were granted liberty to transfer title of their properties to persons legally possessing the same for the last more than 20 years. MC, Thanesar in view of notification demanded requisite amount from petitioner. He deposited t
