This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS 2023 (Earlier 438 Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 23 dated 27.11.2024 under Section 318(4) of BNS of 2023 (earlier 420 of IPC), Police Station Cyber Crime Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners duped the complainant of a sum of ₹12,00,000/-. The complainant was contacted by an unknown lady, namely Neha Jain, who induced him to invest money on the pretext of earning profits through share trading. Acting upon such inducement, the complainant transferred various amounts into different bank accounts, out of which a sum of ₹5,00,000/- was transferred into the account of petitioner No. 2. 3.
