The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction in the nature of Mandamus for directing the Central Administrative Tribunal (for short Tribunal) to take up OA No.530-2021 for an early date and decide the same on its merits. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite retirement in 2011 i.e. about fifteen years ago, the retiral benefits have been withheld due to pendency of certain criminal proceedings, and the petitioner had filed an original application five years ago being OA No.530 of 2021, titled Krishan Chand Choudhary Vs.
