The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 480 dated 22.12.2024 under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS registered at Police Station Sector 27, Sonipat and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court vide order dated 17.02.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
