(Oral) The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.04.2026, subject to her joining the investigation in FIR No. 254 dated 10.10.2025, registered under Sections 108 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 306 and 34 IPC) at Police Station New Colony, Gurugram. A perusal of the record reveals that on 08.05.2026, learned counsel for the petitioner sought two weeks’ time to comply with the aforesaid order dated 20.04.2026. However, even today, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has failed to join the investigation till date. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail granted vide order dated 20.04.2026 is hereby dismissed. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
