Present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.185 dated 18.06.2025, under Sections 21(b), 22(b), 22(c) and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar. 2. Succinctly the facts of the case are that the Police party while on patrolling on 18.06.2025, when reached near village Jagatpur Panjdhera, 02 young men and a women were seen coming on foot holding waxy black envelopes in their hands.
