(ORAL) On 18.03.2026, the following order was passed:- “The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner sought the concession of anticipatory bail which was dismissed upto this Court. However, later, the petitioner was declared innocent. She was summoned under Section 190 Cr.P.C. necessitating the filing of the present petition. He states that cross-version has been found to be false as there are photographs of Gurmit Singh, the complainant and injured in the cross-case raising lalkaras immediately after the occurrence which could not have been possible had he received gunshot injuries.
