The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 0169, dated 20.07.2025, under Sections 194 (2), 324(4) and 303(2) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 160, 427 and 379 of IPC), registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga. 2. This Court vide order dated 09.03.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.
