The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to implement order dated 22.06.2023 whereby Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Haryana has recommended release of dependant/destitute pension in favour of his wife and son. 2. The petitioner is a person with a disability of 100% visual impairment/blindness. His wife and minor son are dependent upon him. He filed applications dated 14.08.2020 and 06.10.2021 to the respondents seeking grant of dependent/destitute pension in favour of his wife and son but to no avail.
