The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483(3) of BNSS, 2023 seeking cancellation of benefit of pre-arrest bail granted to respondent No. 2 in case arising out of FIR No.93 dated 24.05.2024 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC at Police Station Sadar, Nabha, District Patiala, vide order dated 29.10.2025, passed by this Court in CRM-M-36394-2025. 2.
