At the very outset, learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, contended that in this matter the investigation has already been completed; respondents No.5, 6, 9 and 10 have been arrested, and challan qua them have been presented, hence, nothing survives in the present petition to continue. 3.
