The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned office order no.26 dated 18.06.2018 issued vide Endst No. 54952 dated 18.06.2018(Annexure P-10) vide which the claim of the petitioner for regularisation of his services w.e.f. 01.02.1996 instead of 01.10.2003 in view of regularisation policy dated 07.03.1996/18.03.1996 has been rejected by respondent no.3 and further to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.02.1996 instead of 01.10.2003. 2.
