The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No.32 dated 10.03.2023, registered under Section 174(A) IPC (Section 209 BNS, 2023), at Police Station Mullanpur, and the orders dated 07.12.2024, 07.11.2023 and 14.02.2023, whereby the petitioners were declared as proclaimed offenders and their application for recalling the said order as well as their revision was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel on instructions from the petitioners, withdraws the petition in respect of quashing of FIR with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
