This appeal assails the judgment of the learned Single Judge whereby the Court has refused to interfere with the order of termination passed against the appellant. 2. The appellant is an Anganwadi worker. She was expected to visit houses in the specified area and take care of pregnant ladies. It has come on record that one of the pregnant ladies died in the area within her supervision, without any report from the appellant. 3. The learned Single Judge has taken note of the facts, as per which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished by the appellant with regard to deficiency in services. The only defence taken is that the family members did not inform the appellant that the deceased lady was pregnant. The reply sub
