The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.23 dated 03.04.2024 registered under Sections 66(C), 67 and 67(A) of Information Technology Act at Police Station NRI, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.
