Prayer in the petition is for initiation of proceedings under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondent for willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in CWP-30606-2025 vide order dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the matter was examined by the competent authority and a detailed speaking order dated 09.04.2026 has been passed. He has submitted a copy of the said order, which is taken on record. Another copy thereof is supplied to the opposite counsel. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place. 3.
