Gurmit Singh, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Samana, District Patiala has been filed by the learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. In para Nos.7 and 8 of the said affidavit it has been stated as under : “7. That upon receipt of the said notices, the encroachers informed the Gram Panchayat that the alleged encroachment over the passage had been removed. Thereafter, the Gram Panchayat passed Resolution dated 18.08.2025 and informed the competent authority accordingly. It was further resolved that a fresh YOGESH SHARMA
