MANDEEP PANNU, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 177, dated 21.12.2025 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 125 and 351(2) of BNS and 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Section 109 of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Sekhwan, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.02.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 13.02.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
