The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the release of the alleged detneue, namely Haniya Mansoor who is stated to be illegally detained by respondents No. 4 to 7. 2. Mr. G.S.Randhawa, Advocate appears and filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No. 4, 5, 7 in the Court today and the same is taken on record. 3. In pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 29.04.2026, the alleged detenue, Haniya Mansoor, has been produced before this Court and upon a query being put to her regarding illegal detention, she stated that she is major and wants to live with her parents with her own free will and without any coercion. Her statement to this effect has been recorded and taken on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the detenue, no further order is required in the
