P.C) for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.11.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by Id. Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fazilka, in which non- bailable warrants of petitioner were issued in case FIR No. 09 dated 04.02.2024 registered under Section 22/29/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Khui Khera, District Fazilka, Punjab (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only on one occasion i.e. on 19.11.2025, when the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court, however, he has been continuously appearing on each and every date. He further submits that the absence of the petitioner on the said date occurred on account of his having noted down the wrong date. Due to his POONAM NEGI 2026.05.29 17:56 I attest
