(Oral) The instant first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.177 dated 02.11.2025 registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Sections 303(2), 317(2), 341(2) of BNS added later on] and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar. 2.
