Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.184, dated 21.11.2024, under Sections 111(1), 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4) of BNS, 2023 and sections 25(6), 25(7) and 25(8) of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Cantonment, District Amritsar. 2. Today, learned State counsel has filed affidavit of Ravinder Pal Singh Sandhu, PPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Investigation), Amritsar, dated 26.05.2026 in the Court today and the same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at the appropriate place on the file. 3.
