The transfer policy itself was challenged before this Court in a series of writ petitions, which have ultimately been disposed of vide order dated 21.05.2026 in CWP-7092-2026 titled as ‘Vijay Chaudhary and others vs. State of Haryana and another' with liberty to the State Government to have a re-look at its policy and formulate the relevant considerations. 2.
