Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 09 dated 31.01.2025, registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) (sections 61(2), 317 (2) added later on) of B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar (Rural). 2.
