Prayer in the petition is for initiation of proceedings under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-26076-2022. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents informs that order dated 13.11.2024 stands complied with; the pension of the petitioner has been revised further after considering the disability; conditional corrigendum dated 15.05.2026 along with PPO dated 19.05.2026 have been issued regarding the petitioner.
