Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.23 dated 14.02.2024, registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Section 201 IPC added lateron), at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana Rural. 2.
