Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the Gram Panchayat filed a civil suit for permanent injunction against the petitioner, which is pending adjudication before the trial Court. The application filed by the Panchayat seeking interim injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC has already been dismissed vide order dated 17.12.2025, Annexure P-3.
