This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, erstwhile 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing of impugned order dated 03.02.2026 (wrongly mentioned as 09.01.2025) passed by Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Faridkot (P/4) in case FIR No. 6 Dated 11.01.2024, Under Sections 436, 427, 120-B of IPC, now 326(g), 324(4)/(5), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot vide which the bail bonds/surety bonds of the Petitioner were ordered to be cancelled, forfeited to the State and the non- bailable warrant of arrest was issued to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only on one occasion i.e. on 02.02.2026, when the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court, however, she has been continuously appearing on each and every POONAM NEGI 2026.05.11 15:47 I attest to the accuracy and integri
