Present 2nd petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.105 dated 27.06.2025 under sections 109 (307 IPC), 115(2) (323 IPC), 118(1) (324 IPC), 324(4) (427 IPC), 351(2) (506 IPC), 191(3) (148 IPC), 190 (149 IPC), of BNS, 2023 and sections 117(2) (325 IPC), 3(5) (34 IPC) BNS added lateron, PS Dirba, District Sangrur. 2. Since first bail petition filed by the petitioner, i.e. CRM-M- 60214-2025 (Annexure P-10), has already been dismissed as having been withdrawn, vide order dated 09.02.2026, and no liberty was sought by the petitioner at that time to file a fresh bail petition, this Court refrains itself from entertaining the present petition. 3. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition. 4. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. (S
