Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to ensure that the petitioners, who are living in a live in relationship, are not harassed and humiliated and further no case is registered against the petitioners or either of them at the instance of respondents No.4 & 5 with regard to their live in relationship. Further prayer has been made for directing the official respondents to ensure that the fundamental rights available to the petitioners are not breached and they allowed to lead a peaceful life without there being any unnecessary interference arising out of any complaint which may be moved. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the petitioners are major and are living in live-in-relationship against the wishes of respondents No.4 & 5 and have so
