Bharati, Advocate, for the petitioner. *** VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order, the petitioner intends to file an appeal. He has, however, expressed an apprehension as regards limitation coming in his way. He submits that under the circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant revision petition and a direction be issued to the Court concerned to condone the delay in filing the appeal. 2. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant revision petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal, in accordance with law. 3.
