State of Haryana and others, decided on 06.11.2025, since the amended Rule 143 of Haryana Civil Services (General) Rules, 2016 dated 03.02.2026 is prospective in nature and cannot apply to the present case. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case. Allowed as praye
