(Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondent No.3 – Deputy Commissioner, Jind, to expedite the proceedings qua the implementation of order dated 30.09.2024 (Annexure P-8) passed in case ROR No.648 of 2022-23, filed on 07.11.2022 under Section 16 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (Annexure P-5). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his other remedies before the concerned Revenue Authorities with the same prayer made in the present writ petition. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4. All the pending application(s), if any, shal
